Lance Moore

Lance Moore is the Co-Founder, Co-Owner, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Investigations & Research Officer (CIRO) of the firm. He brings more than a decade of experience as a private-sector contracted intelligence analyst, investigator, and legal research professional supporting clients across the U.S. intelligence, federal law enforcement, defense, and private sector communities. Throughout his career, Lance has conducted complex data collection, investigative research, and analytical support for federal criminal investigations, U.S. national security and intelligence operations, and corporate due diligence engagements. His work has supported both public and private sector organizations ranging from government agencies to small and large commercial enterprises seeking risk intelligence and investigative insights.

 

He is also a recognized subject matter expert in open-source intelligence (OSINT), with extensive experience conducting advanced OSINT investigations involving individuals, corporations, and organizations. His work frequently integrates emerging analytical methodologies, including AI-assisted research and data collection techniques, to enhance investigative depth and efficiency. Lance holds both a Master of Arts in Statecraft and National Security Affairs specializing in Intelligence from the Institute of World Politics (IWP) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies/Journalism from Boise State University.
